Description

Not much to say about the Tiger, only this was the best I could do considering the Thick wired fence. The Tiger was lay downfor a lomg time and wasn't a good shot, we were limited to the amount of time we had around the zoo so we moved on and then this beuty decided to take a walk. More difficulties arose as a large group of school kids rushed around and covoured every viewing space possible, I stood far back and waited for a gap, then got a bit closer. Thanks for dropping by, a good Sunday to you all, Alan.

What a beautiful animal Alan and a great capture considering your challenges!! It always breaks my heart to see these majestic beauties behind fences, however, for some species that is vitally important for the continued exsistance of their kind. Have a great Sunday. xx

You did very well considering the constraints and capturing the eyes in full view was very well timed.

You did exceptionaly well Alan, under the circumstances, I couldn't hack those kids, especiallly because of the buggy that I was on. You did good to get his face inside one of the diamonds of the fence, at least both his eyes are open and in focus, if he had stayed a bit further away from the fence you might have been able to blur it out of the shot. I only got one clear shot at him and its the fence in focus and not him. superb work. Bravo!!!!!

Fences are always a problem. The zoos in Holland are trying to use them as less as possible. And the fence on your picture you can hardly see, well done! Wonderful capture!

WOW ! What a beautiful tiger. A really good shot after the circumstances you took them under and the fence does not disturb much actually. Well done. :)

Alan, considering that there was a fence, the limited time you had, plus the school kids this is a remarkable shot. I like the detail in the coat and wiskers of the tiger and the blurred image of the fence actually adds a little to the image. A very nice capture, Sig....

It is hard when you have fences in front of you, here in Barcelona most of the animals ( not all )are fenced by only a belt of water. Anyway it is a great shot given the conditions.Wonderful animal !
