Renderosity has opened a whole new world to me, its a fantastic place and have had some brilliant support from many new friends.  I retired from work very early through ill health so I took to photography from the very basics.
 Since joining I have grown in confidence with my photography and I now think because of RR that I take it a little more seriously. I started off here using a Fuji Finepix 6500fd, it took some great pictures but I'm hooked now so I have now(April 2008) bought a DSLR SAMSUNG DX10 and having fun learning the settings etc. ( these things take me a while lol)ÂÂ
I am so fortunate to be with a wonderful person in my life, Sylvia. She is not just my partner but of course she's also my best friend. Previously I have been married but seperated a few years ago and have two fantastic children. I NOW have two fantastic grandchildren !!!
My interests are photography, i have had a dabble at Acrylic painting, and I enjoy long walks out in the countryside.      I also have an interest in anything historical.  I want to have a sample of just about everything there is in photography, who knows what the future holds!

Mike stole my line, I was gonna say they look like they're just monkeying around~~but oh well, it is a great shot, and they do look just a bit bored (but that's just what TV does, so I'm not surprised at their dazed looks!!) Great shot, clear and sharp!!

I wasn't happy with any of my shots indside this building Alan, I must say yours have come out exceptionally well, after all you are shooting indoors through thick glass. There was only one of them in this group that was showing any movement really and that was rolling about in one of the hammocks. I think it was nap time after feeding, I tend to get sleepy on a full stomach. Superb capture under the circumstances Alan. Bravo!!!!!
