My real name is Marlene, nicknames are Marly and Marcy and I live in California. I am the Mother of 8 grown children, 5 daughters and 3 sons, the grandmother of 22 and 1 more due. Since I can remember I have had a great passion for art. Two of my sons can draw beautifully on paper and canvas although I was never blessed with that talent. Then back in 1998 I got my first computer and was constantly looking at all the art I could find online. Not long ago a friend introduced me to Renderosity and I was like a child at Christmas taking in all the beautiful art. I started playing around and decided why not try my luck at it? And I do enjoy it tremendously and have made so many friends here at Renderosity. Several months back a very close friend here at Renderosity introduced me to the world of Bryce and now I am addicted to it. It's a wonderful program if you enjoy scenery and landscape as I do. Just recently I have been teaching my daughter "SassyLittleAngel" to use Bryce as well...you can see her work here at Renderosity too.
I am a huge fan of this beautiful online site of Renderosity which most of us here call "Our Town" or "Our Home".... thank you Renderosity for making my dreams come true!
I offer a series of free stuff at http://shahlaa-hopes.angelfire.com/free_art  Please check it out.

Rock (paper scissors shoot?) But it shows how imaginative you are, to see things in different ways from others!
DarkStormCrow
Excellent shot, I think its just a rock..

Just from the size against the other rocks and trees arround, it can´t be a cottage. I´m sure it´s a rock but perhaps with something wooden in front of it.
kansas
Sorry, but I think it is a rock. Why didn't you scramble over the rocks to take a closer look? It doesn't look that far away.
Porthos
Looks definately like a rock to me! :)

Well, I've sat here and stared and stared at that thing, and at first, was convinced that it was either a bear curled up asleep, or a human being wrapped up inside a black piece of furry fabric or something! But then, this last time of staring at it, I finally saw that it does seem to be a big rock/boulder, under a lot of shade--though it really would have had to have been under a LOT of shade to make it that black! So I guess I have to go with "rock"...sorry, hon! It's far too small to be a cottage, at any rate!

Well, now that I look at it a bit longer.. perhaps your right and maybe it is a cabin or possibly..... Nawwwww... It's a rock! (lol) There is a cabin lower center that's hard to see. For those that want to know, Marlene is nervous about heights and that's why I took this shot for her.. she wouldn't get close enough to the steep edge to shoot down at the lake. Glad you enjoyed the Tour Marlene.. Thanks to everyone else for your Vote...heheheh.. Best wishes to all from Dave :^)

The size would indicate an unusual shaped rock to me. Hope you have a great time in Disneyland, I've been there when I came to the US some years ago, it is fabulous :o) hugs Jane xx

I have to weigh in on the majority side: it's a rock (although I had to look a couple of times, because it does look like a small chalet).
Gor111
Oh sorry it's definitely a rock but a real beautiful one which looks like a roof! Wonderfully taken!!!

Well, its......pooohhh.... lets do a compromise: Its a rock-cabin, okay? Or a Cabin-rock, maybe? Ufffff....LOL

Everyone that thinks its a rock is completely wrong. It is a cabin made to look like a rock. It is used by former President George Bush as a hideout for covert operations and it's top secret name is Fort Hide-a-Bush. The cabin down the hill below that one is a decoy, completely set-up with look-alike Bush cardboard cutouts and also has manniquinns dressed like the secret service at the front door. The fort was set-up and devised by the army corp. of engineers in case of further terrorist attacks. Solidly encased in titanium, with one bathroom that acts also as a bedroom, kitchen, utility, and Presidential sized operations control room for a strategic retaliation assault of G.I. Joes and Legos.
