Description
I have seen a few but never could get close.this little guy was missing an antennae and very small.about 1 inch in width and hand held capture
the captain had a change of heart and released her crew and the dragon was just lonely and wanted attention.it felt misaligned by the public. really it is a gentle creature

Great capture Richard, poor little guy looks like he's had a rough time of it. Funny commentary on your last image also.

I guess with one antenna he only gets FM? I like these little guys, they are fuzzy;-) We used to get them in LA all over the lantana bushes--they would get so full of nectar you could slip a finger under them and they would sit on your finger for a minute while they worked up the oomph to fly.
