Description
Faster than a speeding bullet.
Captured 5/3/08, around 6:50 AM, exactly .65 miles/1.046 kilometers from my humble habitat.
The Interstate 5 Freeway, a major arterial link traversing the West Coast of the United States, beginning/ending at the Mexican border and ending/beginning at the Canadian border (British
Columbia).
Both shots taken looking southeast.
Shutter speed 1/40th of a second, with lots of noise and vibration at the scene. The camera supported on the overpass structure with no tripod.
Thank you all for the visit.

Woooooosh. Fast shot Harry, I know low shutter...lol. Either way these are cool movements. Call me weird but also I like those round patterns on a concrate.

I have no idea what those circles are on the freeway. Astronomically, they resemble the symbols for the planets Mars and/or Venus. I've also seen them on residential streets.

eek. I just got off the freeway. That's how it looked too, all blurry, as the cars go speeding to their destinations.

I think this is my favorite due to the real life look and the shutter speed you chose.

I love the motion blur in this, my friend! Wonderful work. I noticed some of those alien freeway circles up here this week, after discussing them with you earlier. You have opened my eyes to a whole new world! :)
