Description
This dedication is for Penny or known as (pennykay) who is a gentle soul and a true friend to me in every sense of the word. Penny truly does the most beautiful and magical Poser images I have ever seen and fills them with her own blend of magic that really touches so many. For me I am grateful to her for her friendship and kind words to help me get through some tough times and I promise to be there for her if she ever needs the same. She told me a wonderful story that I would love to share with all of you, my friends.
Dave
Campfire Stories (for pennykay) : When Penny was a little girl her Father would load the family up in a old school bus he had converted to a camper and take them camping. Once there they would build a campfire and Penny with her faithful pup Mitzi by her side and her sisters Terri, Tina & Tonya would gather round the campfire with their parents. After supper and once darkness began to settle in her Dad who was a master story teller would begin to weave his wonderful and spooky stories. He would get Penny and her sisters so engrossed in his stories and just as his stories reached their climax ! ! ! He would do something like pop a paper bag to scare the girls half to death. :) Penny remembers them always screaming in terror at the conclusion of his wonderous tales. Hope you all enjoyed it and be careful next time your in the woods if you see a paper bag lying on the ground. For who knows Penny's Father might be waiting to scare you to. BOO !!!
For reference: (Penny) far left, (Terri) oldest redhead sister in back. (Tina) 2nd oldest and in purple. (Tanya) the baby and sucking her thumb. (Mitzi) the one with the pot belly passed out.

Great composition, Dave. Really love it. That render truely magnify the story. Somehow.. it remind me of when i was a kid. And when a really good story teller read from a book...that was.. WAUW. You really nailed the excitement on the childrens faces... I remember that feeling...:) It is a very nice tribute and dedication to your friend Penny, too. Fantastic work.

Excellent image and words, Dave! I love the way you have lit the family against the darker and somewhat sinister woods. Wonderful expressions! The father is obviously adding great excitement to the story with his delivery. The mother is watching her daughters perhaps remembering her own excitement hearing ghost stories in her childhood. Now she sits enjoying their captivation and prepared to later give a comforting cuddle if imaginations get too excited at bedtime. I love the differences in the reactions of the older two. The one in purple seems more afraid of where the story is headed. I can see her as a young woman on a date, watching a horror movie with head half buried in her dates shoulder and one eye cautiously watching the screen. Her sister in the white shirt, however would be leaning forward, date forgotten waiting for the next scary scene. (I'd be the one in purple, if you could get me into a horror movie to begin with.) The little blond on the left, whose lollipop is not likely to be sucked on for a while, looks as much mesmerized by her dad's delivery as by the story. My favorite I leave for last. The littlest one is totally adorable. I think her thumb is getting quite a workout. Her eyes look glazed from overload and I think her mom is going to have to give her an extra cuddle as she puts her to bed. I love her pose too. I used to sit like that when I had limber child bones instead of...well never mind about that! Love the fire and the dog (obvious to all the excitement). Very nicely done!

Bella immagine e divertente storia ! Nice picture and funny story! It is one of the best moments, when the family gathers around the fire and really there is nothing else around! The bag Soppa not afraid but suddenly it becomes a part of the spell of the moment. Great interpretation of a beautiful memory.
