Description

My first modeling job! After having Hexagon for a year, I finally got around to modeling something. Not the greatest achievement, but being that I find it hard to concentrate on complex things at the moment, I'm happy with this. Textured and rendered in Vue.

I´m so happy you´ve chosen to come back with such a powerful, touching and striking image. It seems like if there were a new form of life in the process of transforming itself into something even more splendorous and resplendent. Said it was your first Hexagon modeling job? Hmmm... I´ll have to take your word.

Reminds me of a black hole, for some reason, like if it's ready to absorb everything on its path. Lovely material. Very well done, I really like it.

My first model was a sucky looking chair! Damn! That looks GRAND! Looks like lime jello. It's alive! I do NOT know what it is, BUT I'd like one on my desk! ^__^ VERY nice work!

i have an inordinate and unreasonable love of smooth, organic, and regular (in the geometric sense) shapes like this one, and also glass and water. and green and blue. if i had the magical ability to create (in the real world) whatever i could envision, it would be glass objects like this one, incorporated with a fountain. i love the clear colors. i'm glad you're enjoying Hexagon, and hope you're well on the mend. take care, and sorry it's taken me so long to comment. i hope you do more shapes like this.

I love doing this kind of thing, I only have an LE edition of Maya which isn't mcuh use but its helping me to learn modelling. unfortunately the thing keeps crashing because its not designed for my operating system. so its hard to render anything.
