To be or not to be... this is not the question.
But to live and know we have lived...
that is the answer without an answer
Whether it is nobler to stay from dreaming
or to risk it all and dare to dream our truth.
How can we be other than we are
and yet exist within and without of
ourselves is but the teller of our time.
And yet to yearn to be and live
is beyond that which we dare to go
for fear that all might be lost.
Oh come to me the dreamer of my dreams and
bring me nightly bliss for I yearn to hear your melodic tones
and have them course through my very being.
I live this hour... this moment...
this infinitesimal moment of time
so that I might know your splendor.
Hide not my treasures of splendor
and glory but let them shine
under the bright moon's light.
Surely a splendor this glorious cannot drive one mad
with desire for more... and yet, it must.
I sleep the slumber of the dreamer this
night 'til it be 'morrow so that
I might savor thy wine.
Be still my heart... quiet thine anticipation of joy
and delight. The measure of time is not yet done.
I shall set myself down once more
to dream the dreams of time
yet to come and thereby quell my bosom.
For this is not a fantasy
but the truth of my very beingness
which shall be life unto my thoughts.
