Sunday ... my birthday dinner ... This is my brother, Trent, putting the finishing touches on the sauce for the chicken piccata. Boy, was that a yummy meal! Trent is a fabulous cook. If you ever get invited to dinner there, GO! :) THANK YOU, all of you, who dedicated images to me for my birthday, and who sent me birthday wishes in e-mails and comments. I had a great time! :) You all made me feel special and happy, and helped make my birthday a wonderful experience. I really can't thank you enough. You guys ROCK! :) :) :)

You won't need to remind me next year, it's already in my PDA, as long as I don't remove the battery for any length of time, it will stay there, its also in my pc with a reminder set. Lol. is the sauce have ruax in it. [most like I misspelled ruax it flour brown in a frying pan to what ever brownness you wish.] anyway this look like fun to me and bet it did taste good

Terrific clarity and lighting in this yummy capture, Tara! Oh, by gosh and by golly, I wish my kitchen looked that shiny and pristine! And neato wall switches to boot. Ummmmmm, the heady aroma of chicken piccata teases my senses! I also enjoy the sound of piccolo music when I eat piccata. Happy Birthday!
