Description

One more of my Monsella Tulips I had tucked away for today. Today is the First Anniversary of my very first upload, "Mountain Road", here on RR. It's been a great year and I have learned so much! I've met many great people and enjoy coming here to Renderosity as often as I can. Thanks so much for accepting me and my amateur attempts at photography! Because of all of you and this great site I have grown as a photographer and artist. I've even come to the point I am researching DSLR cameras and hope to purchase one soon... and perhaps take a class or two some time in the future. (any camera tips and/or recommendations are welcome!) Thank you for stopping by my gallery for a peek, comment or fave! My previous upload, "~Anticipation~ Happy Birthday Auntietk". Splendid example of colors, composition, shadow work, texture and backlighting in this fine photo, Melinda! And happy anniversary vis-a-vis your first upload. You waited from March 28 to May 19 before you posted "Mountain Road." Plus I thought you already had a DSLR. And I've been experiencing the very same heat wave you've been going through. Should cool off tomorrow.
