My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

Well ... it's either a cave - or Oregon has damned big termites! Majestic scenery, and beautifully captured. Mike

LOL! Mike hihihi! This is so darn interesting. Cant there be somewhere to read about that cave... we MUST know what is inside. We just MUST !!! But do me a favor, dont climb down there. :))) Excellent shots indeed. I am looking forward to see more.

That is so perfectly round it has to be man made, there has to be a story here somewhere Tara. That trail looks pretty inviting to me, if I was fit and there I would just have to explore. Superb captures both. Bravo!!!!!

It's probably called Misery Ridge for a very good reason; it looks pretty miserable all right!! Grest fotos; love how you showed us both views; can't wait for more!!

this is something. nice fine too. cool images

I love the colors in this. This place is very popular for rock climbing and the rock climbers have a lot less fear than I do of heights and/or falling. It is a lovely place to visit but I'll keep my feet on the ground.
Richardphotos
stunning captures and I see it. looks almost man made, maybe from mining. I would like to walk on the trail. someone else posted a couple pictures from this area of Oregon before, but I like yours better

I couldn't find anything about that cave, and I don't know anything about it. I've never stopped there, since I'm not a climber, although I've driven past a million times. So you get to show me something about Oregon. I'd say you're off to a good start; this is a gorgeous shot.
