Description

While camping in Norris, Tennessee last weekend I had the great opportunity to see this Cicada molt from its nymph skin. An awesome experience! I recorded the whole event, so there will be more photos to come. Thanks for visiting and for your comments.

Though I am not fond of bugs, this is an incredible macro and more so, because you were able to view a rarely seen event (by most of us) and capture one of the wonders of Nature, and that is always special. Wonderfully done!
