Ultrafractal 4.4
Hi y'all! Hope summer's nice and warm wherever you might be. I thought I'd post a few of the pix I came up with to try for the Fractal Universe calendar thingie and figured this one would be a good one to start with. I zoomed out some from the square image I submitted to see more of the minor spirals in it. And Julias always seem to fight being composed into a square box, anyhow.
I hit on this nifty leafy shape and probably made a dozen things with it.

Rick, this is absolutely gorgeous! That gradient is utterly wonderful, and the image has a pillowed look to it, if you know what I mean--puffy, like a pillow would be--and it's really so utterly pretty that I don't want to stop looking at it! Fantastic leaf design (leaves are always good, I think!) and totally sweet! You're right about having to make sure our signature is on everything, and our copyright notice--it stinks, but what else cane we do?? sigh I like the notice you put at the bottom of the page--the way you worded it. I hadn't thought about doing that too--may I copy and modify it to suit, for myself? (change the name, of course) It might be a good idea if we all started putting something like that at the bottom of each page we upload....sigh, again Thanks, man!

I like the gentle colours and the sympathetic shapes. It has more the softness of Spring than the heat of summer for me, but none the worse for that.
