Mxygymqx Online is a collaborative effort between the original artist who hand-drew the strip and the digital artist 'Turin_Returns'. The strip was rendered with pen on sepia paper between 1983-1986. In the process of digitally restoring the strip 'Turin_Returns' has endeavoured to remain as true as possible to the tone and 'feeling' of the original drawings. I had to alter this strip significantly so as to make room for the digital text. The title frame is a scan of a piece of paper stained with coffee. I feel that the strips that contain Miss Lover reveal a lot about the artist." The Artist says - "Miss Lover was my only other recurring character, she was never intended as such but I just happened to like her! Whilst Mxygymqx's appearance could change dramatically from panel to panel, Miss Lover always looked the same.
