My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

Great capture Tara, I am klike you when it comes to measuring by eye, for cripes sake don't get me to guess a fitted carpet, you'll end up with a rug LOL

Gorgeous!

How about just saying "a long, long way"? Doesn't matter the distance, it's how it looks; and it looks lovely, by the way!

Beautiful capture....

Billy Bob Falls. Actually a miniature Niagra Falls. That is a mighty fur drop you've got going there, Tara! Without an artificial point of reference, it's difficult to assess how many feet that gorge constitutes. Anyway, I like the rock textures on either side.

Very nice, Tara. You know I'm a sucker for waterfalls. I've never seen this one; we'll have to talk about exactly where it is sometime.

The rock wall is just as beautiful as the waterfall. It looks to have been painted. A lovely capture, and well worth the visit.

beautiful scene......=]

I, too, like the rock wall as well as the falls itself. I like all the green trees and moss at the bottom of the falls too.

Nice shot with the rocky terrain, and unknown distance of water falling ... Looks pretty far down to me...

What a great spot, just my kind of place!!

I'm going to say the water if falling far down. It looks far to me. And the rock wall is rather barren and all in all, this is a startling shot. Not what I'd expect to see in a waterfall but very lovely all the same.

Interesting wall. I like how the dryness of the rock wall that fades into the wet wall. Nice waterfalls capture. Aloha
