Description

Within the cage are the five kittens, on their journey to LIFE! We found a private citizen who is taking all 5 to her home, taking them to the vet because they are sick, and then she will keep them herself until she finds them good homes...YES!!! They are terrified as they are taken from the mom, and both of us were bitten because they are so wild, but the bites were worth it knowing they have HOPE now at a decent life, not put out in the streets to die as others before them have. Today I report this man to the SPCA/ASPCA for animal cruelty and hopefully mama will be fixed so she can't have any more, she is about 8 years old and has had at least three litters a year, not a single one is alive...With this image I will step off the soap box for a time, but I will keep watch! Below is some information about animal cruelty.. What constitutes animal cruelty? Animal cruelty occurs when someone intentionally injures or harms an animal or when a person willfully deprives an animal of food, water or necessary medical care. Here are some signs that may indicate abuse or neglect: Tick or flea infestations Wounds on the body Patches of missing hair Extremely thin, starving animal Limping An owner striking or otherwise physically abusing an animal Dogs/Cats who are repeatedly left alone without food and water, and often chained in a yard Dogs/Cats who have been hit by cars or are showing any of the signs listed here and have not been taken to a veterinarian Dogs/Cats who are kept outside without shelter in extreme weather conditions Animals who cower in fear or act aggressively when approached by their owners More info can be found here : http://www.www.aspca.org/ Thanks for looking and for previous comments and a million thanks for all you caring folks letting me know that you care!!!

great news of some hope for these little ones lynn .there really needs to be something more substantial done to help these poor animals that are mistreated .it saddens me immensely the way things are going with the world ,not just with animals but with children aswell .i just can`nt get my head round why people do such things . mick

How wonderful that they've found a home. Hopefully they will all be spayed/neutered so that they don't continue the cycle of unwanted animals.
