Whie concentrating on the Blue Heron, this little guy landed near me and I liked his coloring and there he is for your enjoyment, too.

You seem to be one of those blessed persons who are able to attract animals so much that they forget about their natural fear! I once had a "meeting" like this with a roebuck and some years ago with some fox cubs that didn't care about my feet when tusseling around - but in opposite to you I don't have a camera ready when something like this happens.

It's never boring to see nature's colour. There are so many shades- even in the feathers of such a little birdie. You only need the patience and the eye to cpature the details :) Great work!
