This was photographed just the Heron emerged with his fish dinner and with the water still cascading from both the fish and the bird.

He's a better fisherman than I and I spend a great deal of money each year catching my one or two fish. I figured it out that if you take the cost of my fishing license, area permit, tackle, bait, gasoline, and food and drink and divide it by the number of fish I catch in an average year, each fish costs me about $53. Or to put that in perspective a bit better... per pound of edible meat, I'm paying about $23.50 per pound of catfish or bass. In the store, catfish is $2.99 per pound and bass is 4.99 per pound. Phooey!
