Description

I FINALLY was able to capture some Pelicans! Not as CLOSE as I'd like, but at least I got THIS close. Its been a dream of mine to find the opportunity to take pictures of these odd-looking-yet-beautiful-prehistoric-like birds. I think the bump on the beak of some indicates, what, their gender? Thanks for stopping by, and for your time & comments. I hope you have a great day !! :) Shari

Excellent shot. We have them on the lake where I live. They are my favorite to capture next the Herons. Well done.

Very sensible crop on the lined up birds right down to the narrow frame style used. It's evident from the comments than people enjoy your work, it's fun!

I think it's a shot of great elegance within its long pano-style frame. The birds do have an ancient look about them ... though [in response to one comment] in the UK it's storks who are supposed to deliver babies, not pelicans. Hugs, Mike

An amazing capture, you did so well training them to get in a line. I cannot even get my relatives, to do that for a photo!
