Description

Continuing Excerpts From the memoirs of early interstellar explorer Dr. Albert Xi: Sometimes during surveys VIP's of some sort will visit. Typically these would be politicians seeking to secure critical votes, or corporate leaders who wish to draw attention to their products for future contracts. While it can often be an unwelcome interruption of our work, it can give us a chance to take the time to enjoy the spectacular views our position on the frontier may present. This time, We deliberately positioned the cameras to film the approaching ships with the most dramatic backdrop we could find (keeping the politicians happy doesn't hurt your career, after all) -------------- Still re-using ships I've used before, but I couldn't resist this nice dramatic positioning, and another experiment in nebula-building. Ships were modeled in Bryce, with mostly customized textures, the Background was made in Photoshop. Thanks for taking a look!
