Description

where you find it??? Took this approx 8:30 am yesterday. These creatures were still making merry at last look 4:00 pm...I thought they were damselflies but after going through hundreds of photos and info on google, they aren't...The mating 'technique' is not even close to that of a damselfly and I think quite unusual as you can see...anyone know? ***Thank you Peter, it is Crane Fly...http://www.dpughphoto.com/flies.htm I cropped and 'refreshed' the color twice on this because you could barely see them and I am amazed they were still there because the area is right under two eaves that have pigeons and starlings nesting, the feather was right where it is acting like a marker when I would look to see if they were still there. Thanks for looking and for previous comments! Wasn't sure about the content advisory...lol!

Cool shot - especially love the feather (I collect them when I find them, and have found some really neat ones over the last couple of years)
