Description
This is the final image in my trilogy about a Type 7 Unterseeboot. Maybe one day some curious diver will poke about in the rusted remains of this brilliant example of the Kriegsmarine engineers or more probably, this U Boat will join the rest of the thousands of sea war casualties and turn into just another shapeless mound of algae.

This hit on the fo'castle may have ended the torpedomen's lives while others escaped by the trunk with lungs only to need immediate recompression to avoid the bends.
