Why are we pointing so high? Are we going to use the 88mm? This looks to be a cruiser with 8 inch in pairs in the main batteries. Ignoring the obvious Atlantic/Pacific aspects is it the Indianapolis? Just qualifying the ultimate outcome. I always handicap the results. Snickering a bit as I think about a Sverdlov.

Nicely done, but I think Otto is going to miss with a shot over the bow! He probably would be further away, too. (Unless he's planning to ram the cruiser if the torpedoes miss.) Okay. Enough! It's still a fine render. Any time we deal with fairly recent history, we get these got of remarks. I remember having D-Day Normandy stripes on the wings and fugelage of my fighters over a Pacific Island. Happens to the best of us--and you're definitely one of those.
