Another cracking shot from the East Lancs Railway, I can be at the Heywood Station in less than five minutes from where I live, and yet I have only been on the trains a couple of times since it opened. It's all about finding the time, and in the past that as been hard to do, as I no longer work for a living I guess I will have a bit more time available. Great pov for this one, excellent capture. Bravo!!!!!

Fine shot!!!! Was not aware of any class "5" carrying a name but the Jubilee class which were similar carried names and had the same power rating and were three cylindered, you have aroused my curiosity.

To Watchman 2005 and anyone else interested. This loco was named in 1997 whilst at the Great Central Railway. There were in fact 4 named Black 5s in B.R days:- 45154 "Lancashire Yeomanry" 45156 "Ayrshire Yeomanry" 45157 "The Glasgow Highlander" 45158 "Glasgow Yeomanry" Whats a name anyway - render a naked girl sporting a sash with her name on it, who's gonna look at the sash ?
