growing older not always equates to a more full life.I hope your health turns around for the better.I know when I retired (bush economy), I was in lots of joint pain and was unable to lift weights. after many months I am able to walk 3-5 miles and moderately lift weights. I know life tends to interfere with doing things one enjoys, so take care of your self first and let fun take it chosen course
