Description
Latin name Enkianthus campanulatus
The last time I was at the Bishop's Close, one of my favorite places to shoot flowers, I almost missed this beauty. I had to duck under it, and when I did I noticed how nice the sunlight looked coming through the blossoms.
Sometimes I get lucky. I was able to get the flowers in sunlight without any direct light on the lens to cause flare, and I managed to catch two spiders hard at work doing whatever spiders do.

They are like Chandeliers hanging overhead. Eventually, the cobwebs will come (spiders). Excellent lighting to this beautiful capture. Aloha

The lighting on this is spectacular! It really allows us to see all the little veins and the beauty of the flower. You wouldn't catch me under a flower looking at spiders though, so I'm glad you did. Have I, yet again, missed the Wisteria at the Bishop's Close? I hope not because I was bound and determined to get there this year to see it.
