And ate him?? Or did she wait around all that time until there was nothing left but his skull, arm and ribcage? Or, she killed him, got on with her life until one day she thinks to herself: "What ever happend to that guy I killed that time?" And decides to have a look. I'm just messing with you, I like it. I think the perspective lends a kind of twisted feel to the image. Very well done. I like it alot!
