.. Here's another country scene, taken same day as yesterdays upload. Valerie has been on my mind a lot since I learned of her passing... why a beautiful lady, so young, must be taken so soon. The same dramatic sky Shari and like yesterdays image this one also looks fresh as though the storm has been and gone. Excellent capture, love the letterbox crop. Bravo!!!!! Sad indeed about Val!

Wow, how rustic and pastoral can you get? Again, a lovely stark blend of black and white cloud cover overlooks the also stark serene landscape. I can hear the rooster crowing from here. Looks like a painting. And, I don't have the words to describe my distress over the premature passing of our talented young Valerie. Needless to say, I was shocked to read of her demise. Like I've often said before: enjoy yourself, it's later than you think.
