WWOOOW !!!! Is this the Tulip wood bodied Hispano-Suiza? I remember reading a couple of articles about it a number of years ago - not sure but I think in Automobile Quarterly. What an incredible piece of work. Tulip wood body work accented with copper panels and all the body work all held together hundreds of copper rivets. Your collage is absolutely superb. You should consider making this into a limited run poster. Car guys with an appreciation of our motoring history like myself would definitely want a copy. Again - a superb piece of work on your part. If you do make a poster let me know - I want a copy.

Coolwind; you nailed it (pardon the pun)! That's the car. She's a beauty alright! Here's a link to my Blackhawk photo albums: http://public.fotki.com/RoySorenson/travel-albums/golden-gate-goats-a/ http://public.fotki.com/RoySorenson/hot-rod-shows/blackhawkedrothexhibit/ If you're ever in Northern California it is a "MUST SEE" museum! Thanks for the great feedback guys!

The collage is museum quality. I have no idea what tulip wood looks like as a tree.
