Description

Denise (MrsRatbag) and I followed this heron** all over the place, trying to get him to hold still enough to take his pic. We were sloshing thru the incoming tide, and I finally got a couple I liked, though not exactly THE one. Guess this one has to do, cuz I'm home again!!! ** click here

Let not your heart be troubled, Marilyn. This is a terrific shot of the heron, considering the adverse conditions. Fine clarity, reflectivity and textures are depicted of the avian, contrasting well against the light blue background. Probably one of the best I've seen of the bird on Renderosity, which are posted relatively often.

I think you should feel content with this shot. Animals are hard to capture, and birds in particular, sneaky bastards.. :) He strikes a very nice pose. But why is the bay useless?
