Description

An alien pilot, his saucer shot down and in flames contemplates his fate as he waits for the inevitable presence of SHADO... Innovari UFO, but I can't remember who made the alien, possibly Anthony Appleyard. I honestly can't remember folks. Apologies to the builder. Hope you like it. Iain

That sure looks like Anthony Appleyard's UFO alien. He even has a version of the UFO ship at one of his two sites. Another great image!

I made the alien model. How did you make the flames? One of my UFO models has inside rooms and a cockpit.

Anthony - the flames are a Bryce procedural texture that i used on a sphere and placed it around the UFO. Smoke is also a procedural texture on an elongated sphere. Sorry for not remembering that you made the alien. Once these models are in my Runtime folder of Bryce model directories I always forget where I got them. Great model though, although a separate (second skin) layer for the silver bits and collar would be great.

Not one of your best. The scene is too simple with some default bryce terrains, and it is a little out of scale compared to the ufo and the alien. I know you could do better (as you always do)! Please do it again! :) Interesting fire and smoke effect.
