Description

I'm still comimg to grips with Vue and my crashes have lessened as I close everything else down when using Vue ... seems to work but it's a bit of a pain. This one was created by free objects that came with Vue apart from the dragon that I exported from DAZ and have used in some of my older Bryce images. I can't seem to get the 'photo' quality that some Vue artists on here achieve, but I suppose I gotta learn. As always any comments will be most welcome and thanks for viewing. Enjoy ... Tony :-)

That's a really nice one, I'd say that you seem to be getting a decent handle on using Vue, from the looks of things. As for the Photorealistic look, one of the things that always stands out to me in CG work (my own included) is how "clean" everything looks. In real life there is always more variation in color, dust, and such. Lines are never quite so sharp. Perhaps the trick is to postwork the render and add a bit more variation that way?

There's a life to your galleon that is missing in most of the sailing ship posts. Not being afraid to rock and roll a bit and get a rail down is far from stiff judge of matrimony.
