Description

A friend of mine recently saw some of my space-scenes, and requested I make him something for his computer. Since my working machines are now all widescreen monitors, I had to go back and start something new to fit the proportions of his screen. I have to admit, in some ways working with the more square proportions can be kind of nice, for a change. For Science Fiction scenes, though, I think the wide format allows for more "epic" style compositions. Anyway, this was all assembled in Photoshop CS1, the stars were made with the "Glitterato" plugin, everything else was layers. At one point I think I had almost 50 layers in this one! Thanks for taking a look, and I hope you all are having a good weekend!
