Description
Thought I might share some of the things I make for the boarders here. This is my take on a Taco Salad. These are mini tacos, corn tortillas about 2" across, filled with meat and cheese, baked or pan fried till crisp and then served on a bed of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, grated cheese, salsa, sour cream and hot sauce. Its a favorite here and an easy dish on a hot and humid day. Usually the accompanying drink is soda, ice tea or kool-aid.
