Description

Another favorite for the guys, my macaroni salad. I made this for lunch day before yesterday, and served yesterday along with a sub sandwich. Quick easy and great for the 80 degree weather. (amidst more thunderstorms that caused problems with my puter) Salad consists of macaroni, tomatoes,celery, zuchinni, cucumbers, onions,hard boiled eggs and mayo. Chilled overnight...sorry didn't have time to photograph the sandwich with it because of the doctor appt.. Thanks for looking and for previous comments!

Looks refreshing and delicious! Do I see some celery in there, too? You know, if you tossed in some miniature shrimp or tuna fish, you might be able to omit the sub ;-)

Another beauti here. you have a way of captureing the texture of things in your photos that is highly admirable and this is no exception. The child in me just wants to stick my hands in that bowl and play with the noddles lol Excellent work
