INGREDIENTES 250 gr Pasta de hojaldre elaborada o masa de pasta con levadura de panadería 150 gr Chicharrones triturados 50 gr Piñones 50 gr Azucar ************************************************** ELABORACIÓN 2 Estirar la masa de hojaldre y extenderla sobre un papel de cocción una vez hecho esto colocar los chicharrones en la mitad izquierda doblar y tapar con la mitad derecha, estirar un poco con el rodillo, marcar los bordes con el mango de una cuchara. Por último, pintar con huevo batido y ponerle encima los piñones y el azúcar. Calentar el horno previamente durante unos 10 minutos Hornear a unos 200º durante 20 minutos… Que aproveche !!! ************************************************* Las leyendas cuentan que las brujas salen durante esta noche en desenfrenados akelarres, puesto que es la fiesta de Navidad del infierno. Todavía hoy se baila alrededor de hogueras para purificar y ahuyentar la mala suerte. Estupendo trabajo !!! Que buena idea poner la receta, me la voy a copiar para probarla algún día aunque no sea San Juan. En cuanto a los akelarres... yo lo pasé tranquilita en casa viendo como quemaban las velas con mis mejores deseos para todos y comentando imágenes de renderosity.....pero bueno,se hace lo que se puede !!
