Description

On the ride up to the top of Haleakala volcano, cloud formations collide with the side of the volcano, regroup and then form new gaseous structures. A symphony of ever-changing forms. Click below to see another example of what this looks like at a lower elevation.

Great shot. I really haven't been up there yet. Only flew over it. It is awesome from the air. Sometimes the pilots give us a good flight pattern over it. Aloha nice work.
