Not my best work but you know I can't resist these titles. Sometimes I wish bugs were bigger so I could get some better shots. Then I think, "What if they were the size of dogs?" I'd be wishing for the way things are now. As kids, we would taunt a kid we pegged as "stupid" by telling him he had "water on the brain." Can hardly believe my memory works well enough to remember that...we were such jerks.

This is one I just posted last week because I had no idea what it was. I got help identifying it and it is a Red-headed Ash Borer. There is a tree that is either dead of dying nearby if you have these. :-) This is a great shot. Good detail!
