Mullet season on North Kirra beach (Gold Coast, Australia)
There was plenty of fish left over for all the morning beach walkers...including me !

COWABUNGA...what a haul, mullet anybody ? Neat beach action scene, but after crumbed mullet, battered mullet, mullet soup...etc, I definately had my fill after 3 weeks of the mullet diet ! Good one Mumbo & ~Cheers~

What a wonderful catch of mullet. Not sure what these taste like as we don't have them but they look a good size and fresh fish is always lovely. A great place to take a walk and I like your action capture.

great shot... around here a mullet is a hair style, favoured by hockey players and country singers.... short in the front, long in the back. the fish is probably more attractive
