What a superb composition, with the diagonal lines leading the eye to the third horse in the field beyond the trees! A great pic, Mick.

A good shot of the beautiful horses on the meadow, I viewed full size, I waasn't too sure if the dark one on the left in the background was a cow but then realised that it isn't often that you see a single cow. Sounds like you are in need of the break Mick and I hope the weather stays good, its much better today!

Very nice country scene Mick, I would love to go for a walk in those wood as well, walking the fields searching the hedgerows, looking for the little critters as well as the big ones. Your sister is indeed one lucky lady to have this on her doorstep, and so near to the capitol as well. I still love Lancashire and Yorkshire countryside though, and I embrace both Red and White Roses as my mother was from the East Riding, Kingston upon Hull, and my father a lanky born and bred. Excellent capture showing not one but three horses, looks rich grazing as well. Superb work. Bravo!!!!!

I just don't see that as one steed that can charge too fast for too long. Seems it is quite content to graze until its belly is oh-so round. This is a great scene!

Ah! What a wonderful POV on this Mick! Its a beautiful image, it also has an interesting spiritual connection for me. I believe in numerology and the power of three, so the three horses make this a very powerful image! Bravo!
