Description
One of my caterpillars from the Smerinthus ocellatus while and after 2nd skinning.
1) Eye-skin felt down and the skin will become white and slips down.
2) The caterpillar moves to strip the skin more.
3) The skin is reaching the middle of the body.
4) Only a few seconds from stripping completely.
5) Caterpillar lifts her back to leave the old skin behind.
Center) One of the other caterpillars some minutes after skinning the 2nd time.
