I dedicate this image to all Canadian friends on RR. They are celebrating Canada Day tomorrow, July 1st!!!!!
I captured this image of the mighty Niagara last year in March from the Canadian side. We went down in an elevator behind the falls and walked around in concrete passages while the water thunders down a mere two meters in front of you. It is very, very intimidating and frightening. We then proceded to this iced over view point almost at river level where I shot this picture up at the falls. It was indeed a very spiritual experience and one that I will always remember vividly.

I can imagine it to be quite deafening in those tunnels as well Carin, it would be like continuous thunder. I guess it was also very exciting at the same time. Superb capture. Bravo!!!!!
