Description
I captured this Cape Buffalo at the Thorny Bush Private Game Reserve in South Africa. The amazing thing was that the ranger drove us into the middle of a whole herd of buffalo - approximately 200 of them. They were all around the vehicle (open) and we could actually touch them, although it is not recommended. It was just incredible to see them that close. I had to change lenses as my zoom was too strong!!! They are regarded as the most dangerous of the Big 5 because of their unpredictability, but this herd was very peaceful and unfortunately no close encounters to report!!! *smile*

they could use the vehicle as a soccer ball if they wanted to.beautiful animal and capture.in the Philippines they use a similar animal as a work animal to plow and pull wagons
