Ingredientes Opcion A: cocer tu mismo los garbanzos en agua y sal, colarlos y dejarlos enfriar. Opción B: comprarlos en el mercado si es que los hay en tu ciudad ya cocidos. Opción C: comprarlos ya cocidos en estos botes de cristal que dan bastante buen resultado. Para el empedrat a mi me gustan garbanzos tirando a pequeñitos pero vaya, que sirve cualquiera. Han de quedar cocido pero no pasados. Tiesitos. Resto de ingredientes: A elegir.........atun en lata, maíz, guisantes, tomate cortado en dados, cebolla picada, pimiento rojo y verde picado en daditos, aceitunas verdes y negras cortadas en dos, trocitos de queso fresco o mozarella fresca,langostinos Mezclar todo bien y aliñarlo al gusto con sal, aceite de oliva virgen y vinagre de jerez ************************************************** Ingredients Option A: cook it yourself chick peas and salt water, cola and let cool. Option B: buy on the market if there are any in your city already cooked. Option C: buy already cooked in these glass jars that give fairly good result. For my empedrat like chickpeas pulling me to go but tiny, which serves anyone. They should be cooked but not past. Tiesitos. I'm tired of belgian cook sing... a long time : chips and meatballs with such horrible sauce call... rabbit sauce (do not know why because it has nothing to do with rabbit...
