Receta de Pinchos de cerdo Sabores de especias y brasas, una receta de oriente que enriquece el sabor del cerdo con un toque exótico, sencillo y económico, ideal para barbacoas. Ingredientes: (para 4 personas) * 750 g de carne de cerdo en dados * 1 cucharada de cilantro * 1 cucharada de comino en polvo * 1 pellizco de jengibre en polvo * 1 cucharada de miel * 1 chorreoncito de salsa de soja * zumo de medio limón * un chorreoncito de aceite de oliva * sal Pasos: Paso 1: En un cuenco, mezclar bien las especias con la miel, el zumo de limón, la soja y el aceite. Paso 2: Salar el cerdo y poner en el cuenco, removiendo bien para que quede impregnado de la preparación. Paso 3: Tapar y dejar macerar unas horas. Paso 4: Pinchar la carne en pinchos de brocheta y volver a untar con la mezcla. Paso 5: Cocinar en barbacoa o a la plancha muy fuerte hasta que estén bien hechos. Ingredients: (for 4 people) * 750 grams of diced pork * 1 tablespoon coriander * 1 tablespoon cumin powder * 1 pinch of powdered ginger * 1 tablespoon honey * 1 chorreoncito soy sauce * Juice of half a lemon * A chorreoncito olive oil * Salt Steps: Step 1: In a bowl, mix well with spices honey, lemon juice, soybeans and oil. Step 2: Salt pork and put in bowl, stirring well to be impregnated with the preparation. Step 3: Cover and let macerate few hours. Step 4: Click on skewers of meat skewer and re-spread with the mixture. Step 5: Cooking in barbecue or grilled very strong until they are well made.
