Description

This was one of my very first posts, way back last year sometime. I'd scanned it from an original foto; I was barely able to turn on my first point and shoot digital camera!! I took this in Yelapa, Mexico, a small village south of Puerto Vallarta about 15 years ago, using my son's little 35mm. It's always been on of my favorite shots, course now that I've learned a bit about postwork, well, here ya go!!! Happy 4th!! May the fireworks be safe, in your heart and in your soul!!! PS--full size is pretty awesome!!!

I didn't notice the bird until I went zoom size Marilyn, not only did you get this exploded rainbow but a rather large bird riding the thermals as well. This is the first time ever I have seen a rainbow in its exploded state, how did you do it? #;0). Fantastic shot and very fitting for a celebration like this, beautiful fireworks without the bang. Excellent work. Bravo!!!!! Hope you had a very Happy Fourth of July.
