Description

Here I was standing right next to Bixby Bridge. The shot was taken with an old Coolpix, so the quality isn't as good as those photos taken with my Canon. Click on the photo below for the vista looking North in the opposite direction.

This is so lovely! The water is amazing! Coming from Oklahoma, I never saw water this color until I saw the ocean, which was incredible to me. It helps one have a realistic perspective of how insignificant we humans are! Thanks for sharing this! Lea

The problem is that--contrary to Hawaii--this water is VERY cold, regardless of time of year. Wade in this and get frostbite!!!! It's a classic case of a killer beauty!!
