Hello Renderosity Community!
Â
I call myself Billcody, but my real name is Wolfgang. I am living in Germany, in Berlin, and I was born here in 1950. We are a tribe of two here: My older brother Sig, you know him under his nick "junge1" and I am "junge2" in the row....
Â
My real profession is Geologist; I am specialized in contaminated soils, pollution, stuff like this, especially in old industrial areals. Berlin has a lot of these.... My hobbies are music, photography, railroading and history and here especially the old industrial history of Berlin, the old manufactories with their brickstone architecture of our ancestors. I like to stroll through the urban jungle to search old historical buildings. My cardiologist is happy.......
I' m a photographer since 2006, when my beloved wife Harriet bought me my small Nikon 8700 bridge camera. This opened a brand new world. Yes, I photographed before for many years but the results were .....hmmm... not good.... I was not an aficionado, this began with the digital area. I use the Nik8700 till today......
Am I an Artist? I' m not sure, YOU decide with your votings and comments. I call myself a "Hobby Photographer" - and I like it! I try to do things well.

Nice shot of this powerful Locomotive, great light and detail. Great series and conection with Ian Anderson and Jethro Tull. I looked back to read more about "Jack-in-the-green pic" Thanks for filling in the missing link.

Superb detail in this Wolfgang, I have just had it full size on my wide screen monitor, devouring it for the last ten minutes. Every nut, bolt, rivet, circlip that I could find. Alan and I are planning to visit the National Railway Museum( http://www.nrm.org.uk/home/home.asp ) at York sometime in September. We are hoping to meet up with MickUK50 whilst there also. Three photographers all with an interest in trains, sounds unhealthy. Lol. Hopefully we will be returning with stunning images like this one. A spectacular close up shot. Bravo!!!!!

What a gorgeous shot! Beautifully lit, artistic, and dramatic! (And you've certainly got Jeff all wound up!) :) I've really enjoyed the Tull references, as you know. This is a fabulous finale! Aqualung is one of my all-time favorite albums.

Great locomotive Wolfgang, It was interesting looking up the titles of your photographs and the relevance to Jethro Tull, very clever and intriguing. Bravo!

As Danny puts it, the lighting of this engine is excellent and you've captured it superbly. An impressive capture, original and creative in its pov. Klasse, Wolfgang!
