Description

Ceratosaurus nasicornis meaning 'horned lizard', because of the horn on its nose.It was a large predatory dinosaur from the Late Jurassic Period,found from North America,Tanzania and Portugal.Lenght around 6 to 8 meters (20-27 feet) and weighing 500 kg up to 1 tonne. Stegosaurus stenops-meaning 'roofed lizard' was a large herbivore dinosaur from the Late Jurassic Periodwestern North America and Europe The spikes were most likely used for defense, while the plates were for display and possibly for thermoregulation and also for regognizing their own kind,sort of ID.Stegosaurus was 7 metres (23 ft) long. YAY! A Steg! Nice environs, great camera angle at human eye level, and fantastic quality of shadows. The Ceratosaurus on the right looks like he's hovering above the ground a bit, based on the shadows :(
