Description
HILLVILLE HIGH HALLOWEEN PARTY RULES: For costumes, no witches, undead, or werewolves. Party ends at 10 PM sharp.
I'm trying something a little different here, although you can't see it. The first two pages were made with panel layers, but this one isn't. All I know is that the panel layers really slowed down the computer for some reason.
And maybe you can notice I'm doing a little shading for a change!
